Have you got a spot? Not a spot on your dress. A spot that you go to everyday to meet with the Lord. A spot where sweet communion is exchanged between you and Christ.

Pastor’s wives give, and give, and give. Oftentimes, our spirit gets weary, yet we continue to give. My advice to every pastor’s wife comes from Galatians 6:9 “And let us not be weary in welldoing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”
How determined are you? To be determined is to cause something to occur in a particular way. Determination is a good thing; especially when being determined to live according to God’s Word. Psalm 16:11, “Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at that right hand there are pleasures for evermore. I am determined to maintain joy amid my busy life. Apply these suggestions below and be determined to be joyful.
I love having friends. It’s so nice to have someone to laugh with, to cry with, to share with and to love. A friend is someone who is attached to another by affection or esteem.
Do you enjoy hosting a ladies retreat or would you rather attend one? I enjoy ladies retreats whether hosting or attending and I would like to encourage you to do the same. The old saying, “you get out of something what you put in to it” is an absolutely true statement when considering ladies retreats. A person who dreads planning a retreat will not be disappointed. They will receive dread and discouragement, and they are doomed for a disastrous weekend. A person who approaches a retreat with delight and dedication will definitely receive the desires of their heart!

At a young age we began teaching our 2 sons that you can have a girl that is a friend but not a girlfriend until you graduate from high school. We taught our daughter the same. You can have a guy that is a friend but not a boyfriend until you graduate from high school.
